Product Introduction
After entering the plant, wastewater does not go directly into the AAO biochemical tank but follows a complete treatment chain.
The core process is as follows:There are two key return systems that many people easily confuse:
Internal Return: Returns nitrified liquid from the end of the aerobic tank to the front of the anoxic tank. Its core function is to provide raw material (nitrate nitrogen) for denitrification – the key to nitrogen removal.
External Return: Returns settled sludge from the bottom of the secondary clarifier to the front of the anaerobic tank. Its core function is to maintain the microbial concentration in the biochemical tank and ensure stable sludge volume in the system.
