Suspended Center Drive Mud Scraper

Suspended center drive mud scraper, suitable for sludge scraping and removal in radial flow (circular) sedimentation tanks with a diameter generally not greater than 20m in water plants or sewage treatment plants in water supply and drainage engineering.

Product Introduction

The central drive sludge scraper adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type, and sewage enters the surrounding distribution tank, and flows evenly into the pool through the bottom distribution hole of the tank. Under the action of the surrounding water baffle, the water flows from the bottom of the pool to the center, and the sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool by its own weight, forming a separation of mud and water. The driving device drives the small and medium-sized frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and suction pipe to rotate.
Under the action of static water pressure, the sludge evenly enters the suction port on the suction pipe and is then discharged from the pool through the sleeve valve of the discharge well through the central discharge pipe, The size of sludge discharge can be controlled by the lift of the sleeve valve. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the pool through the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag bucket by the scraper to discharge outside the pool; The supernatant, on the other hand, overflows into the outlet channel through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
