Product Introduction
Air Dissolution:
The dissolved air tank pressurizes water with air, creating supersaturated solution. Then, this water flows to the release system.
Bubble Formation:
When pressure drops, 20-40μm bubbles form. These bubbles attach to悬浮物, lifting them to the surface.
Scum Removal:
Surface scrapers push scum into sludge hoppers, while clean water exits via overflow weirs.
Application Field
1.Meat, Poultry, and Fish Processing
- Treatment of slaughterhouse wastewater, seafood processing wastewater, and meat product cleaning water.
- Function: Remove organic suspended solids such as blood, oil, and minced meat, and reduce COD/BOD. Recycling reusable protein and fat (such as making animal feed).
2.Dairy Industry
- Milk processing wastewater, cheese/yogurt production wastewater, and equipment cleaning water treatment. It can separate high load organic substances such as milk fat and milk protein, reduce the pressure of subsequent biochemical treatment, and avoid oil blockage in pipelines or aeration equipment.
3.Pulp and Paper
- Used for the treatment of pulp wastewater, white water reuse, and waste paper de ink wastewater.
- Function: Remove fibers, fillers, colloids, etc., and improve the recycling efficiency of white water. Reduce sludge settling time and improve treatment efficiency.
4.Food and Beverage
- Can be used for fruit and vegetable cleaning wastewater, brewing wastewater, seasoning (soy sauce, vinegar) processing wastewater. Remove easily fermentable organic matter such as fruit residue, starch, and carbohydrates to prevent sewage from emitting odors. Recycling of recyclable solid particles (such as yeast, plant fibers)
