Recently, our 4NB610 and 2NB820 blowers were successfully loaded and shipped from China to the UAE via air freight for use in a local municipal sewage aeration project. This shipment represents a first order from a new client, underscoring the recognition of our product quality and service by overseas customers. It also marks new progress for our blower products in the Middle East market.
The exported blower serves as the core aeration equipment for the wastewater treatment system. Compared to traditional centrifugal and roots blowers, it offers six key advantages: a compact footprint, stable high-pressure airflow, clean oil-free air supply, resistance to high temperatures, sand, and salt spray, low noise and energy efficiency, and long-term maintenance-free operation. It is perfectly suited to the harsh operating conditions of the UAE—characterized by high temperatures, high salinity, and dusty environments—and significantly reduces costs associated with installation, operation, maintenance, and electricity consumption for overseas projects.
To meet specific customer requirements, we have upgraded the blower: the same model now offers higher processing capacity, features a thickened, corrosion-resistant housing, meets the IP55 protection standard, and is compatible with a 415V/3ph/50Hz power supply.
