Two clients from Colombia recently visited our filter press manufacturing facility to conduct an on-site inspection and engage in technical discussions.
Key representatives from our company—including foreign trade sales, technical experts, and production team leaders—accompanied the visitors throughout the tour, comprehensively showcasing our standardized filter press production system and rigorous quality control capabilities. This visit laid a solid foundation for deepening our long-term strategic partnership and further expanding our presence in the South American filter press market.
During the visit, the client first toured the production workshop for filter press plates. Observing the manufacturing process up close, they highly commended the company’s extensive technical expertise and consistent product quality.
Subsequently, the client toured the filter press assembly workshop, precision machining area, finished product quality inspection center, and raw material storage zone, observing the entire production process—including component machining, complete machine assembly, pressure testing, and pre-shipment inspection.
Finally, the client toured the production workshop for the filter press’s auxiliary pumps and observed the manufacturing process.
Following the site visit, the two parties held a technical exchange meeting regarding filter press technology. We provided a detailed overview of our company’s proven applications in sectors such as mining and metallurgy, industrial wastewater treatment, and chemical solid-liquid separation. Addressing the specific operational conditions of local mineral processing and industrial wastewater treatment in Colombia, the client inquired about key aspects such as equipment customization, on-site installation and commissioning, and after-sales maintenance. Drawing on practical experience from overseas projects, our technical team presented a comprehensive, targeted, and actionable solution.
