Product Introduction
Mechanical Screen is a specially shaped plow-shaped rake tooth arranged on the horizontal axis according to a specific assembly sequence and quantity, forming a rake tooth chain. According to the water flow rate, it is equipped with different gaps and installed at the entrance of the pump station or water treatment system. When the drive device drives the rake tooth chain to move from bottom to top,the rake tooth chain picks up the impurities in the water, and the liquid flows through the gap of the grille. After the equipment rotates to the upper vertex, The rake tooth chain changes its running direction and moves from top to bottom. The material falls off the rake tooth by itself, depending on its weight. When the rake tooth moves from the reverse side to the bottom of the equipment, it starts another continuous and cyclic operation, thereby continuously removing debris from the water,achieving the goal of solid-liquid separation.
