Process Flow

Process Characteristics

1.Three-Stage Hierarchical Treatment: Pre-treatment (screen, flocculation-sedimentation, air flotation, Fenton and ozone oxidation, etc.) → Biochemical Treatment → Deep Treatment (sedimentation, filtration, advanced oxidation, etc.), forming a gradient purification chain that ensures the progressive removal of pollutants.

2.Independent Sludge Disposal System: Comprising a dedicated sludge tank and filter press dewatering unit, this system achieves closed-loop management of solid-liquid separation, ensuring the compliant off-site transport and disposal of dried sludge.
