Multi-Stage Treatment and Stepwise Purification: Coagulation-sedimentation, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis remove pollutants stage by stage, progressively reducing the load to ensure the quality of the final effluent.

Coagulation-Sedimentation Pre-treatment: By dosing with alkali and PAC, chemical mechanisms such as charge neutralization and adsorption-bridging are utilized to destabilize and aggregate colloids and fine suspended solids in the water into flocs; these are then removed via gravity sedimentation, thereby preparing the water for subsequent membrane treatment.

Advanced Membrane Technology Ensures Water Quality: Ultrafiltration (UF) serves as a precision pre-treatment step prior to reverse osmosis, removing macromolecules, colloids, and suspended solids; this significantly reduces the fouling load on downstream RO membranes, extends their service life, and lowers maintenance costs. Reverse osmosis (RO) acts as the core unit for advanced treatment, capable of removing virtually all dissolved inorganic salts and organic matter, resulting in effluent that meets standards for water reclamation and reuse.
