The DAF and screw press sludge dewatering machine systems have recently been shipped to Belarus, marking an important step for Zhaolie Environmental Protection in entering the Belarusian market.
After months of negotiations with our Belarusian clients, we finally gained their approval of our products, technology, and services, and a purchase contract was signed. The order covers DAF, screw press sludge dewatering machine systems, and other wastewater treatment equipment.
Taking into account transportation and on-site installation, our company has made special designs for non-standard products, and the supporting products and components are all imported brands.
In the Entire System:
Drum screen design flow rate: 130 m³/h, gap: 1 mm. This equipment is mainly used in the pre-treatment stage of wastewater treatment, and can efficiently remove impurities from the water to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent treatment processes.
DAF design flow rate: 50 m³/h. DAF primarily functions as a solid-liquid separator and is widely used in wastewater treatment and water purification projects. Such as: paper mill white water pulp recovery and clean water reuse; removal of various heavy metal ions; separation of oil refining wastewater and oil; removal of impurities from leather tanning wastewater; and removal of color and impurities from dyeing and printing wastewater.
Polymer dosing devices design specifications: 1000L/h & 1500L/h. This dosing device is a fully automated, continuous, integrated flocculant preparation and dosing system, primarily utilizing three chambers working in tandem to complete the preparation and dosing of the flocculant. This system mainly prepares and adds flocculants to DAF and Screw press.
Screw press design specifications: 30-50kgDShr. Screw press is a widely used mechanical device for sludge dewatering. Its core function is to effectively separate water from sludge through screw extrusion, thereby achieving sludge reduction and resource utilization.
After more than a month of overtime production, our company completed production within the stipulated time and recently completed the delivery of the DAF and screw press sludge dewatering machine systems.
